Hey folks! Welcome to Week 7 of my triathlon training series! (February 12, 2024 to February 18, 2024)
I am officially 23 weeks (and a few days) out from my the Spudman Triathlon scheduled on July 27, 2024!
I already did my weekly weigh-in and workout plan, and now I am ready to get started with training!
Week 7 – Weight = 217.8 Pounds
Workout #1 – Bike 45 Minutes which I did pretty well! I completed just over 7.5 miles but I felt like I couldn’t get a good pace because I kept hitting road blocks on the greenbelt.

Workout #2 – Family Swimming Fun and Some Laps Afterwards
Swimming was such a fun time with all the munchkins! In total I spent over 3 hours in the pool playing and then about 20 minutes of that consisted of swimming laps at the end.
Whelp… I got really sick and did not complete any other training this week so, I will check in with you next week!
