Hey folks! Welcome to Week 8 of my triathlon training series! (February 19, 2024 to February 25, 2024)
I am officially 22 weeks (and a few days) out from my the Spudman Triathlon scheduled on July 27, 2024!
I already did my weekly weigh-in and workout plan, and now I am ready to get started with training!
Week 8 – Weight = 220 Pounds
Workout #1 – Run 10 Minutes – quick and dirty but I got it done!
Workout #2 – Full Body Weightlifting Session – those deadlifts were absolutely brutal on me! I probably should not have pushed that hard.
Workout #3 – 55 Minute Bike Ride Followed By 15 Minutes On The Elliptical Machine
This week was a slow recovery from being sick. Luckily, I am back in the saddle and working on my training again! I will check my weight next week!
