Hey folks! Welcome to Week 9 of my triathlon training series! (February 26, 2024 to March 3, 2024)
I am officially 21 weeks (and a few days) out from my the Spudman Triathlon scheduled on July 27, 2024!
I already did my weekly weigh-in and workout plan, and now I am ready to get started with training!
Week 9 – Weight = 217.2 Pounds
Workout #1 – 600 Meter Swim – It took about 23 Minutes in total! My first 50 meter lap took 1 minute and 50 seconds which is really good for me! I am happy to be still maintaining that time frame.
Workout #2 – 650 Meter Swim – I did a lot better with panicking this time! Before I was touching the bottom or even standing up when I would start to panic a little. This swim I kept myself afloat and worked through it before continuing to swim again.

Workout #3 – 20 Minute Run On The Elliptical – At first I started to fast and my heart rate sky rocketed but I was able to even it out and keep going!
