It’s that time again folks! Time to step onto my bathroom scale and check my progress on the scale. I was very nervous to weigh in this week. I had a really rough week last week so, I was nervous to see what scale said. Luckily, I am feeling a lot better this week. I was able to move past and through some things. And that is very good for progress as far as my mental health journey goes.
I am weighing in at 217.8 pounds! Meaning, I am now back up to my starting weight and have not lost a single ounce. My weigh-in wasn’t as bad as I was expecting. I’m back at my starting weight but that’s okay. We made huge progress in therapy this week and last week.
***Remember, my starting weight on January 1, 2024 was 217.8 pounds and my long-term goal weight is between 135-145 pounds.
Now, on to this week’s training plan! I’ll check in with you folks at the end of week 4!
