Month 1 – My first four weeks of training.
At this stage, my real focus is to get myself off the couch and doing it. Then, I will work on slowly increasing the workload that I’m putting on my body and on my heart. Right now my overall weight and heart workload capacity are going to be the biggest things to slow me down. I don’t want to over work my joints or give myself a heart attack from running to fast. (Like that would happen… lol) So we are just starting off slow and hopefully, manageable.
