It’s that time again folks! Time to step onto my bathroom scale and check my progress on the scale. And drum roll please….!
I am weighing in at 216.4 pounds! Meaning, I lost 1.4 pounds from last week and 1.4 pounds in total!
***Remember, my starting weight on January 1, 2024 was 217.8 pounds and my long-term goal weight is between 135-145 pounds.
Now, on to this week’s training plan! I’ll check in with you folks at the end of week 2!
