It’s that time again folks! Time to step onto my bathroom scale and check my progress on the scale. And drum roll please….!
I am weighing in at 220 pounds this week! Which means I put on a few pounds since last week… However, I was really sick and was struggling to keep hydrated so I was pounding the liquids all week long!
***Remember, my starting weight on January 1, 2024 was 217.8 pounds and my long-term goal weight is between 135-145 pounds.
Now, on to this week’s training plan! I’ll check in with you folks at the end of week 8!
